Dr. Jarek Esarco was born and raised in the Mahoning Valley. He is a 2004 graduate of Canfield High School.
Dr. Jarek received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2012. He also graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in 2008.

Dr. Jarek was a health team member of The Michael U. Kale Hands of Hope. The charity, directed by Dr. BJ Kale, provided Upper Cervical Specific Chiropractic care to the less fortunate. Dr. Jarek has adjusted over 2,500 children and adults on five mission trips to Nicaragua.
Dr. Jarek is an International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) member. In December 2020, he received his Certification (CACCP) in Pediatrics from the ICPA. The certification program is a 200-hour course of advanced academics and clinical studies that is designed specifically for children and pregnant women. The certification is recognized by the ICPA’s Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics.
Dr. Jarek has published three peer-reviewed case studies on Pediatric Chiropractic care in the Upper Cervical Chiropractic Research journal.
He is a member of the Fraternal Society of Our Lady of Carmel in Lowellville, Ohio and a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown, Ohio.
Dr. Jarek is happily married to his wife Regina. They live in Youngstown, Ohio with their daughter Ruby.
